I always feel comfortable taking my cars to Southgate. Dave does quality work, but just as important to me is that he sets very clear expectations and I've had many experiences that validate how honest his business is. I would never even consider going anywhere else for my car services or repairs.

I took my car over to Southgate Automotive a couple days ago to get a brake check, because that is what I thought was wrong, and was amazed at the customer service Dave and the team at Southgate provided. Dave called me after doing the brake check and taking the car for a test drive and informed that I needed tires. He then quoted me a great price on tires, while never forcing the sale. When I picked my car up I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and they clearly explained what they did. Great service, fair pricing and knowledgeable staff. I had heard good things and am glad that I decided to take my car to Southgate. Oh and the waiting area was really clean and inviting for an automotive repair shop.
