Hi, the service from Southgate Automotive was amazing. I was kept informed of chages and developements as this project unfolded. The management was calm and truthful of parts, and problems, and solutions with each possibility. A test of perserveance for me but we made it. Thank you, David and Amanda for all your help.

Being a 21 year old girl I am always hesitant taking my car places because I always think people will try to mislead me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge. But at Southgate they were very open and honest with me. Nicole called me personally and explained everything to me and made sure that I understood everything and was aware of everything that would be happening with my car. I never felt like I was being mislead or taken advantage of. On top of that they got my car back to me within a day and a half! I was told to come here through recommendation and I can’t wait to recommend this place to others!

I am so thankful for happening upon this place. As a new resident to Reno, I had no clue where to even start finding a good local shop. Well I found it. Super nice people. Everything was explained and I was updated on work. They even stayed late allowing me to make it right after work! I appreciate this so much. I’ll be going here for everything in the future.

Thanks to vandals, I had an emergency on a Friday before a holiday weekend. The folks at Southgate worked me into their busy day and had my vehicle working for the weekend. Friendly, fast, thorough.

Needed an oil change and Southgate had such incredible service. They were kind enough to drop me off at work while my car was being serviced and pick me up once it was done. Truly above and beyond. And staff at the front desk were super pleasant! Will definitely return for my future car needs.

Great experience here! I called early in the morning with a pop-up car issue that happened during an “emergency trip” to see family, and they told me to come on in! We were very impressed with the professional and timely service - my car is running perfectly now. After a few very bad experiences at other shops, I would highly recommend Southgate Automotive. I especially liked the way they send you a very thorough car inspection report right away before proceeding with work. Take your car here if you want great auto service!
