Highly Recommend! I heard about the quality and professionalism of Southgare Auto from a lady I met at Starbucks one day. Both of us had moved to the Reno about a year ago from Michigan. We traded names of places and she mentioned Southgate Auto. She was impressed with their honesty, quality of work and how she felt she could trust them not to take advantage of her as a female. Forward a few months - my car was making noises. I called Sothgate Auto - it was Brittany’s first day. She agreed to meet me at the shop a few days later before they opened and drop me off at work. They assessed my car and was able to complete the job the same day and it was very reasonable! David followed up to make sure I was satisfied. They will be handling all my my auto services needs from now on! Thank you! A very happy customer!

I’m still so grateful I found Southgate Automotive after relocating from Illinois. They are an awesome small business who is honest and upfront. I love that they take pictures of the work needed and send it to you so you can see. Also they are able to text message you with updates or authorization and have VERY fair pricing. Because I work in a job that I’m not able to pick up the phone constantly, the text message communication is wonderful. I FULLY TRUST them with my vehicles. By the way, I found them via a Yelp review and I’m so glad I did.

Had my oil changed during this worldwide pandemic, and let me tell you that I am one of those overly paranoid people during these times. Mother of 3 kiddos two of which are high risk. It was very reassuring to know that I could pull up, leave the keys in the car and go for a walk with the kids. Within 30 minutes I received a digital inspection report to my phone and was told it was ready to go. Payment was processed over the phone and everything was in protocol for the covid -19 guidelines. Thank you for understanding my over the top fear of being out in the public at this point in time. I appreciate you all!
